1. Listen, Learn, Live.

The God who created heaven and earth is the God who speaks. He makes fun of the gods that men make as they are dumb and unable to speak to those who worship them. From the creation of man God spoke with Adam and Eve

 Escucha, Aprende, Vive.

2. The Narrow Way.

A tract intended for distribution and as an aid to personal witnessing.

A victim of an earthquake, trapped in a basement, with the only means of rescue being to crawl through a very small opening, that had been dug by rescuers. If the person who is trapped wants to live, they have no choice but to squeeze through the gap.

3. Repentance and Remission of Sins.

Luke 24:46 And (Jesus) said unto them, thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day:  And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

 4. Crime and Punsihment. Law and Justice. Someone must Pay.

John 3:17  For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.  He that believes on him is not condemned: but he that believes not is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.  And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that does evil hates the light neither comes to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

Crimen & Castigo. La Ley y la Justicia. Alguien tiene que pagar.

Jn

5.    The First Message of the Kingdom of God and the Name of Jesus Christ.

Act 2:1 When the day of Pentecost came, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting. And there appeared to them dispersed tongues like as of fire, and one sat upon each of them.  And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak with other languages, as the Spirit gave them to speak out plainly.

6.    Interview or Interment. Fans or Followers. The Consequences of Repentance.

John 12:20  And there were certain Greeks among them that came up to worship at the feast: The same came therefore to Philip, who was of Bethsaida of Galilee, and asked him, saying, Sir, we want to see Jesus.  Philip comes and tells Andrew: and again Andrew and Philip tell Jesus. And Jesus answered them, saying, ‘the hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified. Truly, truly, I say to you, except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it remains alone: but if it dies, it brings forth much fruit.  He that loves his life shall lose it; and he that hates his life in this world shall keep it to life eternal. If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.’

Entrevista o Entierro. Aficionados o Seguidores.

7.
Apollos and the Missing Link.

Acts 18:24  And a certain Jew named Apollos, born at Alexandria, an eloquent man, mighty in the scriptures, came to Ephesus.

This man was instructed in the way of the Lord; and being fervent in the spirit, he spoke and taught diligently the things of the Lord, knowing only the baptism of John.

And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue: whom when Aquila and Priscilla had heard, they took him and expounded to him the way of God more perfectly.

And when he was disposed to pass into Achaia, the brethren wrote, exhorting the disciples to receive him: who, when he was come, helped them much which had believed through grace: For he mightily convinced the Jews, publicly, showing by the scriptures that Jesus was the Christ.

7.Except I Wash You, You have no Part in Me.

All those called out of darkness into the light of the kingdom of the Son of His love besides being brought from death through sin into life by the mercy of God are made, instituted kings and priests to God. Saved to serve. What grace, what love, what a glorious salvation.

An integral part of the good news of the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ is repentance and baptism (immersion) in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins.

Si no te lavare, no tendrás parte conmigo.

8.    Disciples of Jesus the Anointed One (Christ = King).

Genesis 2:16  And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, “Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat;  “but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.”

This is the first time God commands Adam, that is gives him a clear instruction, with notification of the consequences of disobedience. This command is for Adams benefit. It is to enable him to avoid a great trouble. Being a disciple of Jesus the Christ– literally one taught by Jesus – is simply learning from God who is revealed in His only begotten Son. The things that God would teach us are always for our good.

9.    Repentance – Taking up our cross and following Jesus

Repentance is not an attractive proposition. In itself it has little to offer. Taking up one’s cross, denying oneself is not attractive. Repentance, taking up the cross, is a means to an end. In the above prophesy of Isaiah good things are promised. Good things that are not available except God provides them. Those who hunger and thirst for righteousness have no means of obtaining this righteousness themselves. But God is offering it nonetheless.

1. Baptism does now also save us

There was a man of the Pharisees called Nicodemus, who came to Jesus in the night because of his fear from the fellow Pharisees. He was the disciple of Jesus Christ in secret. He was telling Jesus that unless he was a teacher who came down from God, he would not have been able to do the things which he was doing. However, Jesus completely changed the topic and began speaking about the necessity of being born again. He said to him:

“Jesus answered and said unto him, verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, (literally from above) he cannot see the kingdom of God.”  John 3:3

2. What did Apollos Lack?

"And a certain Jew named Apollos, born at Alexandria, an eloquent man, and mighty in the scriptures, came to Ephesus. This man was instructed in the way of the Lord; and being fervent in the spirit, he spake and taught diligently the things of the Lord, knowing only the baptism of John. And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue: who when Aquila and Priscilla had heard, they took him unto them, and expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly."

Acts 18:24-26

What did this man lack? What was his problem?
